Typical sound in Nepal

I was standing in the crossroad of Ashan Street in Katmandu, Nepal,  and recorded sound from all directions.

It was encountered in Nepal, a true blissful ode to life there. The whistler was short, darkskinned and lame. He was seemingly having a daily walk in his town. I was infected by his mood in the whistle.

A band consisting of members from all colors and cultures was doing a rehearsal in a local music live bar.

some women wash the bricks and maybe try to reuse them in a new building. Nepal has suffered from poverty and a disastrous earthquake in 2015. 

Outside the town is a place for buffalo trade.
